Great growth opportunity at Paylocity!

Pros

-Employee benefit premiums have remained the same price for years. -Hybrid and fully remote work options depending on role. -Beautiful office space with modern amenities and even weekly free lunches. -Working for a company that is growing fast, lots of opportunities! I worked as an Account Manager for around 2 years and recently was promoted to this role.

Cons

Leadership roles are not typically eligible for remote work immediately, but some roles such as analysts may be eligible for fully remote work immediately.

Pros

Company cares about you. Work life mix is good. Teammates are great & share of information is key. Plenty of opportunity to grow your career & move vertically or laterally.

Cons

None that I've seen really. A lot of projects at 1 time can be challenging I guess, but never overwhelming. Work hard, communicate & you'll do great.
