Pros

Fast growing company that creates lots of opportunity for those who put forth the effort. Pay and benefits are competitive

Cons

Fast pace is not for everyone. The pace of growth requires hard work at time...but as mentioned does create opportunities for those willing to put forth effort.

Pros

Paylocity has great C-levels, even have two people currently hold co-CEO title, have high level of trust in both!! Very knowledgeable and personable!

Cons

Performance review process has changed too many times.

Still lots of amazing customers, great products, and amazing people, but there's going to be an art to keeping all of those things.

Cons

The company is in an awkward phase between being a large "startup" and becoming an enterprise org. Change can be painful, and we're there.
