Pros

Very fast paced and Innovative Company Makes employees feel valued and part of the decisions that happen in the organization. There is a lot of great transparency throughout the organization. Agile and able to adjust to changes in client needs and the market very quickly. Great opportunities for personal growth as the company continues to grow.

Cons

It can be very fast paced so if you don't have good time management skills you can feel overwhelmed. Change is very constant since it is growing so if you are not able to stay flexible and adapt it will become overwhelming.
