Change finally comes

Pros

Ok benefits, relatively decent work life balance. Now that product and technology is going through a leadership change we are hopeful it will eliminate the discrimination, bullyint, harassment that senior leaders in this organization have been able to get away with for years. This change should have been made years ago.

Cons

That it took 8 years to make a change needed immediately. The company's product and culture would have been light years ahead of where it is today under a true leader.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We have a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination and harassment and strongly encourage employees to report such behaviors to their HR Business Partner. We would be more than happy to discuss further if you would like to reach out to us with additional details. Additionally, we’re proud of the product advancements that we have made throughout the years as we continue to maintain a competitive edge and look forward to the future advancements that our teams are actively working towards.

Pros

They give you free things such as food, swag, candy, and the office is nice.

Cons

The training was very subpar, and it did not prepare you to answer most questions you'll receive on the floor. Also, I feel that recruiters were not truthful about what the job entails. This is a call center job. Back to back non stop queue calls, on top of being responsible for answering emails that come through all day. There's just no time to finish the work and you will always feel like you're drowning. The expected work load does not match the pay. This is one of the highest level of customer service there is with all your expected of, and what you're given in return is not enough. There is a very high turnover rate due to being sold falsehoods, and because it's almost impossible to keep up with the work. Then clients are frustrated when you don't know something and have to call them back, but when do you even have time for followups?? There's not enough support, as since everyone is busy you can barely get an answer to a question. The pay needs to be drastically increased for the amount of work required.

We appreciate you voicing your thoughts and concerns. We do put a lot of time and consideration into our training for Account Managers to set them up for success in their role, including scenario-based learning. We continue to improve upon our training to allow more time for shadowing to see other Account Manager’s in action and identify real questions that clients are asking. We strongly suggest leveraging zoom hotlines/leadership lines for questions, PEAK, and mentors after completing training for support with any questions along the way. Please do not hesitate to also speak with your manager directly for added support. Additionally, we’re working with TA on providing more details on call volume/client interactions that can be expected on average. We’re also working on initiatives to address workload in association to call volume.

an awful place

Pros

they talk a good game. but it is a disrespectful environment they try to hide with fancy office space. a real dump

Cons

clearly, the place is a vehicle for the insiders to get rich off our efforts. look at the insider transactions on the yahoo finance page, and ask how so few entitled pantloads can get so rich without doing anything.
