This is a company made up of people who care about what they do and about who they work around. The engagement committee is one of the areas that makes this company a special place to work. It is obvious that Paylocity cares about their employees and about their employees experience. Everything I was told from my friends that worked here previous to me and everything I was told in my on-boarding was accurate. Paylocity is a growing company that still cares.

I absolutely love the culture Paylocity has welcomed me into. I've never felt more at home in a workplace environment than being a part of this company. The fact that the company has such a high priority of making sure us as employees are well taken care of in all aspects goes to show that the grass can be greener on the other side.
