      Pros

      The spirit of teamwork is better than I have ever experienced. The employees are happy and that makes it a pleasure to come to work. The company truly cares about their clients and are very pro-active in meeting their needs. I receive a sense of confidence & pride knowing that I represent a company that constantly works to improve their product. No suggestion is ever off of the table. If it can be done for the client, we find a way to do it.

      good Culture, and the ability to help each other and always have each other as resources. The open door policy. And the company takes care of their employees

      Cons

      Mid should be just like major, enterprise and executive. There should always be a nest type of environment for all levels.
