      Pros

      Very positive work environment! Management is fantastic and encourage their employees to grow. This company is always on the move. Everyone is helpful. Some times of the year are stressful but worth it. Management understands the stresses, works with you and acknowledges those that go above and beyond.

      Cons

      Their is nothing to complain about. The parts that are difficult about my job are made clear from the beginning. I don't feel like they try to hide it.

      Pros

      - Software "Next Generation Technology" Competition either has too many flavors of the same sauce or is struggling to keep up with a non-unified solution - CEO, Programmer at heart, stays out of sales way, and is heavily involved with product development - SVP of Sales, wicked smart and understands sales process - Home Office with the right amount of autonomy to develop - Culture of winners whom challenge each other to get better each day - Training program is the best I have seen in the industry

      Cons

      - CRM Tool is dated, company could probably collaborate better with a new CRM tool that links sales with implementation under one platform
