Work/Life Schedule. Promotional Growth. Positive Work Environment. Benefits, PTO, are exceptional and costs are low. It's truly a best place to work and the believe that happy employees are equal to happy clients and Paylocity works hard to keep that true

Cons

I do not find any cons with this company. Working at multiple payroll and hr companies this one is the best!

Work from home is nice at times. Pretty flexible with work schedule too.

Cons

No direction from management or higher level co-workers. Constantly feeling lost

Growth rate. The company has grown so fast that it feels "bodies" were added or moved instead of talent.
