      A Friendly, Highly Organized Company

      Pros

      This company is highly organized, and filled with motivated and friendly people. I've only been with the company for a month, and thus far I've seen every effort put forth from the staff to make sure my onboarding is both a positive and informative experience. This is compared to other companies whose onboarding process is more or less a binder and a "sink or swim" attitude. It sets anyone who is hired up for success, limited only by their own work ethic.

      Cons

      The sheer amount of information during the onboarding can be daunting, but again, resources and helpful people are plentiful.

      Pros

      Paylocity is definitely a place where you are an important part of all changes. Feedback is seriously considered and implemented. There is much opportunity for advancement and growth. I have been in the payroll industry for over 10 years and I continue to learn every day. Coming from a competitor of Paylocity, it amazes me to see the technology and applications used by our company. The management team is the best I have ever worked with at any company. It is amazing that you are made to feel like part of a family and not just another employee number. The culture of "Work Hard, Play Hard" makes this a wonderful place to work for. You feel valued for your contributions and hard work, even during peak times when you work longer days.

      Excellent on-boarding experience. Competitive salary and benefits. A good feeling at the end of each day that your work matters.

      2 training conferences per year - a bit much!
