Pros

Plenty of advancement opportunities, a company that portrays a work/life balance and lives up to the hype! Extremely knowledgeable management, great personalities all around. A work environment and culture that I'm proud to be a part of. Love love love it!

Cons

Employee benefit cost is competitive but on the higher side. Can't think of any other cons (which in itself should be another pro)

Pros

I've been at Paylocity just about two years and have been able to develop my career more than I could have ever imagined in such a short period of time. The opportunity for advancement and growth from a department level to a personal/professional level is HUGE! I truly feel like a valued member of my team and company as a whole - which is very rare to find these days. The flexibility, people, opportunity, and overall atmosphere is what makes me excited to come to work every day.

Cons

The separation of having two buildings at corporate can be a bit challenging for logistics of meetings and things. But it's understandable having grown so quickly!

Pros

-In the account manager role, you get 6-9 weeks of training, all of which is very thorough -Great team members, who are fun to work with -Managers who are willing to work with you to resolve an issue -Lots of fun events and outings for staff

Cons

-Year End is very busy, and the busiest time of the year -Clients can be demanding and aggressive, but not always. Comes with any job that is customer facing -Sometimes, you can't get the answer to something right away, causing the client to wait for a call back, which could frustrate them more
