      Pros

      I have worked in payroll for 15 years and it's always been a job that I did, until I came to Paylocity 2 years ago. Joining the Paylocity team was truly the best decision I've made in my life. This company honestly cares for their employees, their employees' well-being, and making sure their employees are able to have a work life/personal life balance. I am challenged to grow in my position and make a better me, and I no longer experience the "Sunday Blues" or have "A case of the Mondays."

      Pros

      Always a positive atmosphere. Team Oriented. Great benefits package. When you walk through the doors of this company on your first day you automatically feel welcomed by all of those around you and never once thought I was an "outcast"

      Cons

      There is a lot of information to learn so it can feel overwhelming at times, however, there is a great training program setup to overcome this.
