      Top Three Life Decisions

      Pros

      During the annual sales kick-off meeting, a District Sales Manager made an acceptance speech wherein she mentioned her top three best life decision's: Marrying her husband, having her children and joining Paylocity. I couldn't agree more! Paylocity has achieved what many companies can only dream of creating - A relaxed and happy atmosphere in which each employee fully believes in Paylocity's mission.

      Cons

      As an individual who was recruited from a company who did not believe in their own philosophy and the power of a strong work/life balance, I can't say enough wonderful thing about Paylocity!

      Pros

      Fantastic management. Forward thinking. Cutting edge Technology. WORLD CLASS SERVICE. People come to Paylocity because of the technology initially, but stay year after year (97% retention rate) because of the service!

      Cons

      I am a remote/virtual employee. Sometimes you miss having the social side of seeing your colleagues.

      Pros

      Even in this depressed economy, Paylocity has been growing phenomenally. There is true team attitude, where people do not engage in finger pointing and are completely focused on product excellence and client satisfaction. Benefits (& medical) are excellent. Salary is in line with current market values. Management really does care about their employees. I regularly see evidence of this. Development is currently migrating to Agile processes and it's promising to improve an already good development environment. They believe in promoting from within and do so regularly. Whether your career is established or you are just starting out, the opportunities for personal and professional growth here are outstanding.

      Cons

      I've worked here over a year and have not found anything to complain about yet.
