Pros

- Oriented towards remote workers (even before Covid) - Leadership really cares for their employees' well-being and seeks to provide people with a work environment they really love being a part of - Very competitive compensation - 6 week parental leave - Highly complex problems to solve, which makes for enjoyable and rewarding work. - I feel like I truly can have an impact on our organization and our product. - People across Paylocity tend to care a lot about doing excellent work and are willing to lend a hand/knowledge.

Cons

- It seems like some teams have people who really love the work we're doing (mine included), and others that are really struggling. So I wonder if the other teams are feeling as empowered and valued as others are. - Chalk it up to years of rapid growth, but our internal processes and technologies we use tend to change often, which makes me feel reluctant to adopt the latest way of doing something.

Pros

I've been with Paylocity for a year and what a wonderful experience it has been! The culture is amazing, my manager is fantastic, and it's one of the greatest organizations I've had the pleasure of being a part of.

Cons

I wish the base salary was a little higher, I took a hit on my base salary moving here

Pros

1. High growth allows lots of opportunity for upward mobility 2. Leadership is so real and transparent 3. I love that we have both pay transparency internally and post our DE&I stats; creating an equal environment is really important to the company 4. It's remote first and in no way do I feel isolated or unsupported 5. While there is a lot of work and it's high demand, PTO is highly encouraged and respected

Cons

With any high growth comes growing pains. There are parts of the organization that are less mature in process, people and technology. Nothing that won't be solved as it's a season
