Pros
- Oriented towards remote workers (even before Covid) - Leadership really cares for their employees' well-being and seeks to provide people with a work environment they really love being a part of - Very competitive compensation - 6 week parental leave - Highly complex problems to solve, which makes for enjoyable and rewarding work. - I feel like I truly can have an impact on our organization and our product. - People across Paylocity tend to care a lot about doing excellent work and are willing to lend a hand/knowledge.
Cons
- It seems like some teams have people who really love the work we're doing (mine included), and others that are really struggling. So I wonder if the other teams are feeling as empowered and valued as others are. - Chalk it up to years of rapid growth, but our internal processes and technologies we use tend to change often, which makes me feel reluctant to adopt the latest way of doing something.
