      Coworkers are nice that’s it.

      Cons

      Changes policies every month. Used to be heavily work from home and is not forcing employees into office. Pays low, other competitors pay more. No support, lots of clients

      Remote work was a pro and now it is being stripped from us as a way to better “collaborate “. No, it’s a way to lay us off. Terrible. This company no longer stands by the values that drew me in.
