      Pros

      In certain roles your job is secure because you’ll be spending your days fixing internal errors or mistakes.

      Cons

      I have worked here a very long time now and the changes that have taken place since we became Paychex 2.0 have tanked the company beyond belief and company stock prices confirm that. Roles that offered work from home options pre covid had those days taken away with the return to office mandate. EAMs are given raise after raise to try to keep people in those roles, but they know less than ever. Expect pay to be below market if you’re not in an EAM role. They are paid more than leads on other teams, even with 1/10 of the tenure of those leads. Csuit used to know employee names. These paychex guys have made it clear that they couldn’t care less.
