Pros

I do not have any pros right now.

Cons

The culture has changed and they no longer care about employees. Employees are underpaid and now they are expected to return to office. Work life balance is no longer a priority

Pros

Somewhat good benefits, but picky and choosy on what they tell you.

Cons

I got sick and finally diagnosed after surgery for Endometriosis. The whole time leading up to that I was missing small things that didn’t matter at my job like missing a meeting or forgot to lock something. These escalated to the point that after I came back from surgery I got written up. Though I was completely honest with HR and my boss on why was happening to me. When I came back after a few weeks of being gone I had to fine a pattern and get used to all the things about my job again. In doing so I failed impossible expectations. Granted I was told several times that HR wanted to fire me for missing so much work due to my chronic pain illness anyway. So when I while trying to find my grove again I was let go due to things that didnt really matter big picture. I worked and developed so much there I was never able to take any semblance of my Projects with me when I left to put in my portfolio. And naturally they wanted until my last project they really needed me for was done before they decided to let me go. I felt extremely used, and unwanted due to having Endometriosis. It was a pretty gross experience.

Pros

Remote work, some control over schedule Good insurance and more PTO than other places

Cons

They are "grandfathing" in remote workers to keep their position in remote but will not let you advance or transfer unless you relocate to an office with no relocation assistance
