      Stressful work, and plenty of it

      Pros

      They are willing to pay for overtime so log them hours. Pay is transparent and benefits are quite good. Lots of extra curricular opportunity to work with and get to know colleagues as friends.

      Cons

      The workload has pretty much turned this place into a meat factory. They hire as fast as they can, but as soon as people can they are gone, sometimes before. This leaves a highly stressed and strained staff that doesn't have the capacity for the work load. Any good worker is crushed under the weight of those who are willing to meet minimum metrics.

      My coworkers are very kind and always happy to assist.

      Cons

      The leadership - from your direct supervisor to the department leads. There’s a large amount of unprofessionalism to include cursing in team meetings. There’s also a massive turnover rate and people disappearing with no warning.
