- Overall, I feel supported as an engineer. Easy to reach out to other teams for guidance - Supportive manager and coworkers - Lot of ERGs - Remote work first - Compensation/Benefits are good - Offer both management or technical tracks for career growth

- Recent shifts take away some flexibility in work-life balance - RSUs policies are not as good as they used to be (but expected)
