Pros

People are great! But most are leaving or looking to leave so don’t get too attached to anyone.

Cons

So many! The culture is not inclusive (despite a fancy little dashboard that may lead you to believe otherwise) or supportive of mental health and work life balance. HR leaders work 24/7 and expect you to do the same to advance THEIR careers. Executives mislead everyone that no one got a raise or bonus during Covid - people most certainly did - just not you! (But our CEO was holding an animal so he must be telling the truth!) don’t believe a word of it. So many of us have given feedback about burnout and the need for better support for employees and it falls on deaf ears. The enormous amount of turnover in HR is proof that good people will leave a bad culture. Don’t be fooled - the culture is really BAD.

New CHRO came in and restructured everything and has eliminated countless positions and decimated the hard work of those that have built this company into the business it is today. The majority of the folks are so worried about their jobs being eliminated. Such a sad, sad place to be. Definitely not worth of all of the "Places to Work" accolades it has achieved over the past 10 years.
