They will lie to you during recruitment, here are just a few things I was told during recruitment that were not true: Great company culture. There is zero company culture, in fact most people keep their heads down and choose not to talk to one another other than the few people on their team. Company events, perks, fun are non existent. Many months with mandatory Overtime with PTO blackouts, manly around the holidays. Work Life Balance. There is none. Hybrid work options. Took those away from everyone but management. On top of all this you have only 10 minutes combine a day to use the restrooms. Every second of your day is micromanaged by multiple people.
