Pros

Nothing noteworthy to write as pros.

Cons

Organization from the top-down is run by people who either don’t have a clue, or simply couldn’t care less about their employees that create all the value they gain from this company. Managers are totally ego driven and high in their own supply. They hire and promote people who either are friendly (with them), will not challenge them and/or the status quo to push forward, and are just there to echo the managers thoughts and not move the needle. Work hard, you get kept down and micromanaged; grifters and freeloaders get cut a break or will not have any expectations placed on them since those who do work are there to pull their weight.

Pros

Recognizes and awards talent of their employees.

Cons

No bonuses offered. Decision-making is slowed down by rigorous and stringent new processes. Leadership is much more focused on following processes than focusing on solutions to address customer concerns and deliver features faster.

Pros

There are a lot of nice extra extras like snacks, free coffee, they serve you lunch once a week. They run fun events occasionally.

Cons

This company has lost its way. Employees are treated like numbers, not human beings. If you want to get promoted, there's no clearly defined path. Its litterally all about who your manager is, not the quality of your work. Theres blatant favoritism. They micromanage to extreme levels now at the direction of new directors. Ive been with paylocity for almost a decade now, i used to feel valued as an employee, I used to feel pride working here but its totally gone.
