Pros

I've worked at the company for a number of years. Fast paced and good opportunity to learn a number of technologies. Many of the employees are nice to work with. You get involved in different projects. Some effort is put to make it a suitable software shop.

Cons

The company has a bad environment. Upper management run the software shop in a disorganized manner. They show very little appreciation as to the actual effort and work that's put in by employees, so much so that anyone who gets hired leaves the company in less than a year. Decisions are made sporadically. New initiatives are put in place without any consultation and real understanding of the underlying problems. Shouting and making a mockery of someone are customary. Very difficult to propose change since a few in upper management are close minded and disrespectful.

Interesting place to work. Plenty of challenging assignments. Team is great, everyone is helpful. Many of opportunities to contribute and grow.

Cons

Fast paced, many different technologies to learn. Stressful at times and undergoing positive changes
