Some of the best colleagues

Cons

-Mental stress -No work life balance -harassment and bullying from senior people if you make mistakes but no training about process,procedures etc -You are going to be asked to work on Sunday morning at 6 am when the project go live date comes on Friday afternoon -No further growth -No salary when you work overnight,weekend for go live projects -High turnover due to this structure
