Pros

PEAK values their employees quite highly. Management is extremely understanding, and will work with you on any unforeseen complications that arise. The office atmosphere is quite relaxed and stress-free with room for friendly interactions with management, office staff, and shop technicians.

Cons

Aside from normal work frustration (i.e. needy clients and last minute tasks) PEAK gives no issues to it's employees as long as they do as they are instructed.

Pros

Peak is a great place to work, with plenty of opportunity for internal growth. Management supports employees and facilitates growth. The business cares about employees and ultimately wants them to be successful!

Cons

Senior management, including the President, are able to address any issues or concerns brought to their attention, so traditional "cons" seem to be resolved or discussed reasonably with the employee.
