Pros

Permanent work-from-home setup. Salary is good. Friendly and approachable seniors and management. Leaves and compensations

Cons

No part-time and can't choose your schedule. But it's okay, same with other BPOs I worked with so it's normal.

Been with the company for more than 4 years and I really love how Peak Support always hears their employees' voices and how transparent they are.

Pros

They have nice employee benefits and the compensation is great. The equipment is also provided and they're all brand new. I received a laptop a few weeks after getting hired. After a month or two, they sent over a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset.

Cons

Everything is good. I guess the only thing I could think of is that time when the department has to lay off some employees since we're overstaffed. It made everyone feel anxious and worried about our job security.
