The Company's Culture Makes All the Difference!
Pros
Having worked with numerous BPO companies, I can confidently say that Peak Support stands out as the best among them. What sets it apart is undoubtedly its exceptional company culture, which has made a significant impact on me. In reality, stress is inevitable at work—it's really there, whether we like it or not. However, when combined with people who are optimistic and have no other goal but to provide continuous support and focus on resolving different concerns on a daily basis, it truly makes a difference. Here at Peak, I can genuinely say that I receive the continuous support I need from people who genuinely care to help me and have no intention of fostering toxicity. I am grateful for the leaders and colleagues who truly care to understand my learning style and fine-tune the support I need. These are the people who never get tired of providing genuine care and never-ending support here at work. I cannot achieve what I have achieved today without these people by my side.
Cons
I can't think of any at the moment. Perhaps for those who are considered extroverts, it's a bit challenging since we are in a remote setup. But for me, it's not a big deal since I am an introvert and still manage to develop close friendships at work, which I maintain even in a work-from-home setup. We still meet each other from time to time, which is so fun.
