Still one of the best

Pros

Been around BPO companies for awhile and I would say Peak Support is still one the best in terms of professionalism. From top management to the leads, they tell you as it is, without sugar coating things. They are honest with what is going on even if it seems like being honest is not easy and they the ask same from us. I have personally seen an anon feedback acknowledged and acted on, that is a big PLUS!

Cons

While a lot of companies have struggled and eventually closed, Peak Support is still standing, Seems like Peak Support is not immune from the challenging times but I wish they'd do more in terms of really evaluating what is important to the organization, which is their people. And what is important to people is security and of course salary.

Where leaders see to it that team members are empowered, where team member's well being is a priority and transparency from the top is always followed.

Cons

There is always something to improve on, and PS Leaders are all ears to listen and considers areas for improvement.
