Pros

The management stays true to their word when they say they are open to feedback. Peak Support has improved not just their processes but also benefits based on the feedback provided by the team. Promotes quality and diversity. Provides an equal opportunity for promotions.

Cons

Currently a limitation due to Covid, but would like to have the annual corporate summit back.
