Pros

I just hit my 5-year milestone with Peak Support! It’s amazing to see how much we’ve grown, and how many opportunities we now have for career growth. Along with our flexible work-from-home-plus setup, we’ve just opened our new in-center site in BGC! Perfect for those who want to be part of Peak Support but prefer the brick-and-mortar experience.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that, with a growing headcount, it’s harder to get to know every team member personally. It’s a challenge, but one that’s exciting and full of opportunities to connect.
