Pros

This company has the most empowering and employee-centric culture. Everyone is well-connected amidst the remote set-up. The WFH set-up promotes work life balance. The compensation and benefits are above par in the industry. In our department, everyone knows their role and responsibilities. Though there's a little bit change in the leadership level, the culture remained as it is. The leaders in our department are the best! They are very supportive and are very open to everyone. Our voice matters in this organization.

Pros

The work-life balance, a lot of companies these days claim to have it but Peak Support puts great importance to it. They are very respectful of your time and makes sure you are properly compensated. Aside from that, the company has fun activities you can participate in. The environment of Peak really encourages open communication and transparency, All concerns are valid and will be heard.

Cons

If one is not used to a night-shift, then there will be an adjustment. The open communication also applies to everyone so have to prepare for that as well.

One thing that sets this company apart is the leadership transparency, our CEO keeps us informed about challenges and success. I also love how even the smallest contributions are acknowledged and valued.

Cons

Benefits especially the Sick Leave, 5 days is not enough for the whole year
