Pros

The reorganization has empowered the team, creating a stronger sense of ownership and accountability. I feel challenged but thriving, indicating that the new structure effectively pushes for growth. More streamlined processes are in place, which have improved efficiency and communication.

Cons

There are still some processes that need to be reorganized/streamlined but it's a work in progress

Pros

We recently had a restructure and this paved way to even more growth within the company. I am someone who started as an Associate and eventually grew to be a part of the leadership team. Peak Support invests a lot to grow their people from within and it makes it a joy for us to give back with the same level of effort.

Cons

We are yet to consider 4x11 work schedules. Hopefully it happens soon!
