A manipulative investor owns and runs this company, but doesn't have the time to manage it. Instead there are 2 patsy founders who either don't want to put in the work, nor are capable of running an organization of this size. This indirection filters downhill further exasperating a company already growing too fast through aquastions. The combination looks like a lack of transparency, but is simply a lack of clear understanding of what it takes to run a business such as this. The rest of the company is left holding the bag on what could be a much better company.
