      Pros

      Work location is in city center. Easy to commute considering other office locations. US/UK management are really good and are the only ones who are working on latest tech and actually trying to keep the company afloat.

      Cons

      Strictly for Indian management No long term project planning short term commitments with less bandwidth for huge projects Only politics and they have hired very old school managers who do not have any decency or work ethic. Expect you to be the yes man and brown noser and you will grow very well in this company. Below average pay for designations and not at all up to market rates. expect only single digit hike. Be ready to work overtime and weekends also night shifts without any extra compensations.

      -Product teams care about students success -Technologists are talented and truly care about how products perform/want to see students succeed -Team leaders truly care about the employees adjacent and below them

      Cons

      -Directors and Management teams in Digital and Technology does not respect work life balance -No ability to be promoted unless you live in areas where Technology Leadership deem they have physical access to employees -Fear culture embraced and perpetuated by Technology Leadership at the highest levels
