Pros

Remote work, company discount perks, 401k matching, and overall work is fairly simple

Cons

A lot of turnover and department restructuring during the busy times of the year. Also they will switch your position with very little feedback as to why. I went from Quality Assurance to Communications to content developer within 3 years. Leadership also isnt the best there were some people that really cared about your development but eventually even the leaders were burned out. Pay is also very bad. I took a similar role within a different company and made 2 times the money with the same workload.
