Probably the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Do not work for workforce skills if you are young and want a career. Toxic culture of knowing ‘the right’ people No clear understanding business strategy No clear and consistent communication across the organisation People are treated poorly and there is a ton of gossip around the organisation High staff turnover Salaries are not very competitive Tries to be “Tech” but they really struggle from a cultural and skills standpoint There is no focus on culture or people first
