Pros

Some of the brightest people working together. Tough business and technical challenges to help with. Good overall benefits. People are good.

Cons

Unfortunate financial situation and poor senior technical leadership is causing this place to struggle. Product doesn't know what to build to generate a new stream of revenue. Architects are so far removed from the teams that it's hard to get anything technical accomplished or coordinated. Slowly the benefits and people have/are going away. Starting to outsource a variety of jobs including some portion of technical ones.
