Pros

Fun work environment and a great product that delivers something beneficial for teachers and students. A lot of flexibility and room for very driven individuals. Wonderful product that you can feel good about. It's really nice being able to help teachers, students and families.

Cons

Not many driven people. Very poor outlook on the future and very little understanding from management and leadership about what is going on with employees. Very little understanding about workflow and process. Really poor culture. Does not strive to be better.
