Pros

I have not come up with one for me personally but for someone in the teaching field I could see where this may have some benefit to them on an intellectual level.

Cons

The work is boring and repetitive. The standards can be very subjective and not clearly defined. You may find yourself guessing until you hit the right notes.

Pros

I have no more tress for job. I can do anything in rest of my time. My seniors give me respect, which I deserve.

Cons

When I do log the complaint, some times, it takes to much time for solving. So, We have to listen from the school authorities.
