Pros

Employees there are very genuine and helpful. It’s the workers that offset so many deficiencies at this extremely large company.

Cons

Communication is atrocious; management is disconnected from workers and the projects they are working on; frequent change of mind, direction and planning has eroded employee confidence in management.
