Pros

Friendly, ethical, spreading education throughout the world is critical of the organization's mission. Female CEO. Work/life balance. Philanthropic. International presence.

Cons

Size of the organization can be a challenge. Even within the domestic US. Actually being able to review resource availability very difficult.

Pros

Benefits are good, business is growing in spite of the economy, Marjorie Scardino is a globally focused leader with a clear vision of the future.

Cons

Weak or poorly chosen business unit management, limited vision on how to be a global company, unable to communicate their vision or get employees excited about how they can support the business. Too much is hidden from employees for "fear" that competitors will try to copy their strategy.
