works on traditional and outdated working style excel , word etc , not an automated environment reporting is very tough , what you do gets lost , no employee software to report and track Indecisive Management ,cost cutting and sudden announcement to off roll on roll employees .A single resource made to manage work of ten resource .Lacks transparency . An unhygienic FMCG company environment and employee standard and treatment.
