Worked with really great people and felt supported and looked out for in the face of difficult circumstances.

Cons

There can be a real lack of work life balance on the assessment side of things. The dates for the tests are already scheduled and the tests have to be ready. Leading up to testing season can involve a lot of 60-70 hour weeks.
