If you want job security and career growth, this is not the place for you, leadership bullies their employees, intimidating them into doing what they want, the company have had at least 5 massive layoffs a years over the past year and a half, those who remain will run lean, do multiple jobs at the same time with no help or transition, leadership lacks in the area of communication, and even though the company promotes inclusion and diversity, it is all a scam, you will only get oppurtunities and get promoted if you're white! It's always the lower pay grade people that are let go, while management and leadership are never held accountable for their bad decision that cost the company millions if not more! Their salaries are ok but lower than what the market offers, bonuses are low as well.

Senior management doesn't have much control over bonuses. Yearly pay increases are usually 2-3%.
