Pros

Pearson offered me the chance to work on global campaigns with supportive colleagues and access to strong professional development resources. The flexible work setup also made it easier to balance work and personal life.

Cons

Frequent restructuring and shifting priorities created uncertainty and made long-term growth difficult. Communication across departments could also feel siloed at times.
