Pros

As such a large company, there is always room for progression. Pearson really encourage their employees to progress their careers by providing access to a huge range of educational materials and resources. They also offer a lot of benefits, including a good pension, share save scheme and many discounts at different retailers. Pearson also offer a lot of support for their employees' wellbeing and there are a lot of accessible resources to help with your physical and mental wellbeing.

Pros

challenging and satisfying projects and tasks; compassionate management in my line of business; weekly learning and career development opportunity; competitive salary; comprehensive benefits

Cons

maybe things have settled, but in the last ~6 years the company changed their aim twice, meaning some valued team members had to be let go and it was not possible to project what you'd be working on within a year
