No Red Tape on Technology

Pros

Able to use whatever technology is best for the job, not limited by red tape that many companies get stuck in Great leadership and visibility to them (CIO is in our building) Competitive compensation Flexible work hours, no one expects you to clock in/out

Cons

Some of Pearson's internal systems are dated. Things like initial access to systems can take some time Older average age than a typical tech shop but they've been trying to fix this Company does not promote it even give yearly increase
