Pros

The Pearson eCollege location is a great location, and a nice facility. The mission of online education is a positive thing to be a part of.

Cons

Extremely unethical, and non-supportive leadership. Several "Soft" layoffs have happened by the company writing up negative reviews of people with proven good records of work, then running them out so they don't have to pay severance. Retribution for anyone asking questions of upper management, or questioning policies or procedures in a professional way. There is zero tolerance for independent thinking, or questioning the broken system of leadership.
