      Good talented people Flexible hours Work from home. Work with the latest technology

      Exec management not in step with the business unit management Sr. Management can not make up its mind on which path to take. To many old school, not enough new blood Morale is at an all-time low. Top talent is leaving in groves. Layoffs coming in Jan 16 and March of 16 ( staff have been told) Outsourcing has taken hold
