Pros

Benefits were amazing. The Wellness Center can't be beat. Kudos there. That is about it. Of course the setting is amazing too.

Cons

Tryingnot for the faint of heart. The training needs to be revamped. Management is elusive at best. A lot of new managers who shouldn't be leading people.
