Pros
The employees at Pebble Beach were overwhelmingly driven, committed and conscientious individuals. It was a pleasure to work with the staff and managers who took pride in their work. There were great benefits including free golf.
Cons
The upper management who had been there for many years seemed to be there only because they had been there forever, when hourly employees jobs were cut due to budgetary issues, it was based on seniority and performance, but it didn't appear the same standards were applied across the company.
